Introduction
Word-- Downtown Jimmy here and I have a run-down on some of my most anticipated games coming up at E306. From aliens to reservoirs, convicts, and greek mythological gods, this year is looking good. It is going to be another great year for gaming.

E3 is right around the bend and this year couldn't be any less exciting then the pervious one. Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo will be showcasing their next generation systems and a line of first party titles. 2006 will prove to be a big year for everyone including hardware companies, developers and publishers because the format of gaming is evolving. The next-generation is rolling up following Microsoft's lead and the handheld market is stronger then ever. At this years E3 we have everything from anticipated sequels, new hot IPs and licensed gaming goodness. I'll get to the point, here are some of my most anticipated "Eye Catching" games.

I know it's hard to focus on the current generation of games with the shinny picture perfect next generation titles rolling out, but here are some of my current gen eye catchers.

CURRENT GENERATION (XBOX, GAMECUBE, PS2)

DESTROY ALL HUMANS! 2
Publisher - THQ
Crypto 187 is returning to deliver more punishment to the human race. The first Destroy All Humans was a nice blend of action and campy humor with tones of potential. I can't wait to see what Pandemic has in store for us humanoid creatures in Destroy All Humans 2.

RESERVOIR DOGS

Eidos is catching the trails of the recently popular trend of transferring old school movies into games. This is Quentin Tarantino's cult hit Reservoir Dogs. I'm not sure what Eidos has under their sleeves, but I'm interested to see.

DISGAEA 2

GOD OF WAR II
Publisher - SCEA
This is a no brainer. God Of War II is looking like it will easily meet the hype and deliver another satisfying Kratos adventure into mythology. Although God of War II isn't slated for release until 2007, I'll be interested to see its development.

THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: TWILIGHT PRINCESS

Handheld - Ah! The PSP, Sony's portable gaming platform is exploding this year more than ever and the DS is staying steady on the mark. There a number of games that is coming out, almost too many to mention. I'll pull out my leading three that will be catching my eye at E3.

HANDHELDS (PSP, DS, GBA)

DUNGEONS & DRAGONS TACTICS
Publisher - Atari
Maybe I'm a nerd, or maybe it's because it has while since I've seen anything good coming from the Dungeons and Dragon name. So this is why I'm looking forward to Tactics. There is enough back history and D&D lore to turn this one into a remarkable strategy game, lets hope they do it right.
Developer - Kuju Entertainment

ULTIMATE GHOST N' GOBLINS
Publisher - Capcom
Ghost n' Goblins is a classic and I'm excited to see this version of Ghosts n' Goblins using 3D Graphics with the classic side scrolling format. More weapons, more bad guys, upgraded attacks, yip it's all in check. I'll gladly mark for for the return of Arthur.

FINAL FANTASY III

Another remake for a handheld, but this one is a beauty. Final Fantasy III is simply one of the best of the series and the first one I completed twice. The new visuals look great and In 3D. This one is sure to please old school gamers.
