Brothers In Arms: Road to Hill 30 has taken home our highest award in 2005. This might be a surprise to some, but it comes well deserved. Brothers In Arms innovativeness added a new level of strategy and realism into our standard WWII FPS. Balanced between action, strategy, and story, Brothers In Arms provided an exciting fulfilling experience. |

PROJECT GOTHAM RACING 3 (MS / BIZZARE CREATIONS) |
This was one of the hardest choices this year, but when the smoke cleared it was PGR3 left on top. PGR3 has been updated into a more polished, well rounded experience. Although the other titles had one aspect nailed, they didn't balanced the experience of the Xbox 360 like PGR3. PGR3 excels in both online xbox live play, as well as a lengthy challenging single player mode which gave it the nudge to be our Xbox 360 GOTY.

GRAND THEFT AUTO: LIBERTY CITY STORIES (ROCKSTAR) |
The title that captured our hearts in the successful launch year for the PSP was Rockstars Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. Who could have guessed that RS would be able to recreate the Grand Theft Auto experience on portable unit?! Well, Rockstar over archived, surprising the gaming community with a full GTA experience, plus the added bonus of multiplayer for the PSP. GTA: Liberty City Stories is the best of the best in 2005.
