Introduction:Transworld Snowboarding it's beautiful and detailed, but I felt it was missing something that another snowboarding title had.

The Game:The gameplay in TWS (Transworld Snowboarding) is moderately easy to grasp. This game is more action then a simulation sport title. It more similar to SSX Tricky then Amped, this is something that bothered me slightly. In TWS when you come off a jump and your landing, you didn’t need the board to land strait on the snow to be successful. I would have opted for a little more realism.

Graphics & Sound:The graphics in Transworld Snowboarding are the bomb. It’s a breathtaking beautiful game. You will love it as the flakes of snow are shinning in the moonlight. The characters models are excellent and highly detailed. They have all the motions, poses and personality that give them life. Every inch of the game implements a high level of polish and graphical excellence. With all the lovable graphics there comes a price and that price is the occasional drop in the frame rate. This only happens during some courses, and not all which is good. These slowdowns and the occasional loading glitches affect the flow of the game. Despite frame rate issues, the graphics, animations, lighting, detail and textures are top notch and look like an Xbox excusive title should.

The soundtrack is made up of mostly modern alternative bands, which suit the nature of the game well. The sound effects in TWS are so, so. They do the trick, but at times with all the extra in a course it can get a bit corny. The sound doesn’t measure up to the extravagant visuals in the game.

Lowdown:On thing is for sure, Transworld Snowboarding graphics are awesome. The game has an arcade action feel to it which you can go either way it. Like all sports games there is griping over how much realism a game should have.

"Rent this one and check it out!" It's not bad, but it might not suit everyone.
