Introduction:Extreme Gamer takes a look at Test Drive from Atari to see if this franchise is still what is used to be. You can take the wheel but can you take the challenge?

The Game:I rented Test Drive because i was curious how this game would be. I remember playing the good ol' Test Drive series back on my PC years ago. Now several installment later we have the new Xbox version. This racing series has gone down hill since its PC days, its not the same game as it used to be. Test Drive had some money backing it and it still ended up on the bad side of the block.

The gameplay is what drags this one down, not to mention the lame storyline they tried to throw in there. Well whatever Test Drive was trying to accomplish i fail to see the point of bringing this old series back to life. Bring on NFS and end this rivalry of the two longest car racing franchises. Your time is up Test Drive. I suggest rent first if you must, but beware this wont be what you expected.
