Introduction:Pirates: The Legend of Black Kat - Take to the high seas as fearless pirate captain Katarina de Leon, known as "The Black Kat." Take command of a variety of pirate ships, from the simple gunboat to a massive Man 'O War. Discover and explore dangerous and fantastic island worlds. Develop Kat's sword fighting skills, mastering the dagger, cutlass and saber to defeat evil pirate bands, loot their treasures and seek revenge against the evil Captain Hawk, fulfilling her destiny.
Lowdown:Black Kat... Hmm a heroine trying out some swashbuckling action. Pirates isn't a bad game, and it isn't a great game. The Legend of the Black Kat falls somewhere down the middle. If you enjoy the time era of the olden sea dog, peg leg, scurvy days, and enjoy fun filled action this game is better than a walk down the plank. The sea battles I found to be a little more enjoyable to fighting on land, but overall the game is repetitive.
I hope there are not sharks in the water!
