GAME OF THE YEAR 2010

Red Dead Redemption
Rockstar Games | RS San Diego

'Red Dead Redemption' takes this years Game of the Year Award for 2010. Although, it doesn't come without a strong showing from a list of other titles. Interesting enough each contributor to the site picked a different winner, so the final judgement had to comedown to solid replay of the nominated titles.

In this re-visiting it was clear that 'Red Dead Redemption' was the one that should be crowned king. While it might be a little slower then some of the other titles on the list, it has character, strong gameplay mechanics and a solid story that is full of surprises. What "Red Dead" accomplished was no easy feat, taking the concept of the first "Red Dead" and totally revamping it to be the ultimate western video-game. So if you need to own one game this year, it's "Red Dead Redemption." Rockstar Games you've done it again, congratulations.
